2 cups flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup Earth Balance, melted/softened
1/4 cup soy milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp molasses
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
3. In another bowl, combine the Earth Balance, soy milk, vanilla, and molasses.
4. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix well. (The result will be crumbly - see pics below.)
