Crafty Weekend: Holiday Edition, Part III

It is absolutely blowing my mind that Christmas is only a few days away. I am leaving tomorrow to spend a few days at my parents' house. I'm looking forward to seeing all of my family. I spent this evening painting some wrapping paper (aka paper grocery bags). I really like how they've turned out. Hopefully I will remember to take some pictures of the gifts wrapped in them so I can share it. I hope everyone is having a low-stress holiday season. Remember, the holidays are meant to be a time of joy, sharing, and celebration. There is nothing important enough to stress about enough to ruin this magical time of year.
End rant. Here is the last installment of this year's holiday craft round-up. I hope you have enjoyed the little trilogy of posts!

Tumblr Tuesday #68

My Crafty Saturday post was late this week, and now my Tumblr Tuesday post is late. Such is life! I hope you enjoy these images, nonetheless.

Crafty Weekend: Holiday Edition

There a few changes to this week's Crafty Saturday round-up. First of all, I didn't manage to post on Saturday, so it's coming out now on Sunday. Second, for the next few weeks, I will be sharing holiday-themed craft and DIY ideas. As a young adult, I have started to fall a bit out of the holiday spirit, especially when it comes to decorating. These great ideas get me back in the holiday spirit and eager to decorate. I hope you enjoy them!

Tumblr Tuesday #67

I'm pretty shocked that it's December. I really need to start getting into holiday mode before it starts to get so late that I have a hard time figuring out what to get people (I have a tendency to do that every year).
Anyway, it is Tuesday, which means that it's time for another batch of pictures that I've reblogged on tumblr that I've found the most inspiring this week. Follow me on tumblr at vredig and wildflwrchild.

Eco-Friendly Gifts 2014

Two years ago, I made an Etsy treasury list featuring some really neat eco-friendly gifts, and to this day, it has been my most-viewed blog post. Since this feature was so popular, I decided to bring it back again this year. Below is the image of the treasury. You can click the picture or follow this link to view the treasury on Etsy and view each item: https://www.etsy.com/treasury/MTc0MDkyODl8MjcyNzA3Nzg4OA/eco-friendly-christmas-gifts-2014

I hope you like it! I'm definitely going to be trying to make a lot of the gifts and cards I am making this year. Anything that I purchase will most certainly be eco-friendly! How has your shopping been?
