Arrangements by Emily Blincoe
Labels:
art
Although I may not appear so based on the current state of my apartment, I am a very organized person. Putting things in order is extremely pleasing to me. I love how everything looks in its place. I also love beautiful arrangements, whether it be of color-coded books, knick-knacks, etc. So of course I fell right in love with Emily Blincoe's arrangements of everyday items. I could look through her portfolio for ages and still be impressed. Here are some of my favorites (you can view her entire portfolio here: http://www.emilyblincoe.com)

Moving Art
Labels:

The other day I came across this video by Stefano Tagliafierro, and all I can say is WOW! Using his sheer brilliance, talent, and some sort of fancy computer software (I'm assuming), he was able to animate some of the most famous works of art from the past, and bring them to life in this video.
Not only is the music arranged so perfectly, but the overall compilation just flows with such beauty, that I was awe-struck after watching it. I highly suggest you all take ten minutes out of your Monday to enjoy this beauty!

Instagram Crush: Amelie Mancini
I am going to be completely honest, and inform you all that I have not used instagram since 2011. I didn't understand it back then, and I did not have any interest in understanding it with all the hype surrounding it more recently.
Nonetheless, I finally caved and have started using instagram again. (follow me!: @wildflwrchild)
The reason? Well, first of all my roommate and friends have been bugging me (plus they're constantly using it - what's the hype?). But second, I can across the GORGEOUS instagram of Amelie Mancini. After browsing through her photos, I was inspired to start using instragram again, and boy am I addicted! (another shameless plug to follow me if you have yet - @wildflwrchild) (Also, I'll probably start doing weekly/bi-weekly photo dumps.)
Anyway, I just wanted to share some of Amelie Mancini's gorgeous instagram photos. You can follow her on instagram @ameliemancini and check out her shops: Left Field Cards and Amelie Mancini.
